Our Kits are designed to withstand various weather conditions and are rated IP6, meaning it can be used in heavy rain without any issues. However, if the exterior of the power pack sustains cracks or damage, or if the kit is submerged in water for an extended period, it may compromise the waterproofing.
If you encounter any damage to the kit, please reach out to our team with a photo of the damage and an explanation of what occurred, and we'll assist you accordingly.
