Quick Connect
Our patented, award-winning quick-connect mounting system allows you to detach the Power Pack in seconds. The MAX+ and MAX++ are compatible with the Swytch AIR and MAX range. If you already have one of these kits, you only need the new battery pack. -
Omni-Directional Light
The MAX+ includes an integrated front light with a light-up Swytch logo and an omnidirectional ring light for enhanced visibility. It is designed as a "be seen" light for safety. -
Backwards Compatible
The new MAX+ and MAX++ are compatible with your ECO/PRO (old generation) Kit, allowing you to upgrade without changing your wheel. You’ll get everything you need to bring your old system up to date while keeping your existing wheel and PAS.

How long is the delivery time?
The MAX+ and MAX++ are available for pre-order only, which allows us to offer lower prices for a longer wait. At checkout, you will see the estimated delivery batch. Make sure to check the delivery timeframes on our website. -
What's Included with MAX+ or MAX++
The MAX+ and MAX++ kits contain everything you need to convert your bike into an electric bike, including a new motor wheel, battery pack, battery mount, and all necessary wires. If you have purchased a front wheel kit, it will also contain a pedal sensor.

Can I buy the new battery if I already have a GEN3, MAX, or AIR kit?
Yes, you can purchase the new battery separately. It is compatible with your current AIR/MAX kit, including the existing AIR or MAX mount and all accessories. -
New Rear Motor Wheel Upgrade Option
You can spec your rear wheel with our new thru-axle option, available for an additional cost (approx. £150/€150/$150). You will be able to select this option at the order portal. -
How does the rear wheel conversion work?
Our new rear motor wheel option, available for standard dropout (+£50/€60/$65) and thru-axle dropout (+£100/€120/$130), delivers power to the rear wheel. What is the order portal?
Before we ship your kit, we will contact you to complete your order. This includes specifying your wheel type and size, confirming your delivery address, and picking your accessories. In the order portal, you can customize your order to suit your specifications. -
Can I get a refund?
You are entitled to a refund up to 14 days after the delivery of the product. If you change your mind, please get in touch with our team, and we will arrange it for you. If your kit is in transit with a third-party courier, you may need to wait a few days until it arrives. -
Why do the batteries have the same weight but different ranges?
We use high-quality lithium-ion batteries - The weight remains the same for both models due to a chemical difference, not a weight difference, within the cells. -
New Thru-Axle option (for rear motor wheel)
For the first time in Swytch history we can say yes! You will need to select the rear wheel thru-axle option in the order portal. Please note, not all thru axle sizes are the same, we will be making the thru-axle motor to fit the standard bike size. You can also spec your rear wheel with our new thru axle option, simply select it in the order portal after purchase (Price will be shown at the Order portal stage but should be around £$€150
- Upgrading from the ECO/PRO If you currently have an ECO or PRO kit, you can upgrade to the MAX+ or MAX++. You will need to pre-order an upgrade kit. The upgrade kit includes the all-new Power Pack, handlebar mount and charging adaptor. Simply connect your existing motor wheel and PAS and you are ready to hit the road.
