The Swytch Kit features an advanced brush-less geared motor that has virtually zero drag when the power is off. This means if you remove the battery, or turn it off, it rides like a normal bike!
As the bike has a motor in the middle it will not spin as quickly as your regular bike, you might find that when you spin the wheel with your hand it does less revolutions than your regular wheel - but that won't affect your ability to ride the bike as normal.
