The maximum speed of all of our kits is 32kph (20mph).
However, the kit will be preset to match the region of delivery in line with applicable laws.
The customer service team can assist with changing this speed setting on a video call. This is strictly regulated and can only be done with our supervision on a video call, and a signature from our customers confirming the reason for requiring the change and acknowledgement of responsibility for adhering to local laws.
