All Swytch customers, worldwide, are eligible for a 50% discount on a replacement Power Pack after 3 years, which is the expected lifetime of a Power Pack. As an existing customer, you can purchase this replacement Power Pack, without having to wait for our next production batch, if stock is available.
Backwards Compatibility
We also promise to keep all future products we release backwards compatible in some way, so you will never need to buy a whole brand new Swytch kit if you want to upgrade to the latest model.
