Order Portal FAQs

When will I get invited to the Order Portal?

When you purchase your Swytch Kit, we start making your 'base' kit. We'll be in touch after at least a month with a unique link to your order portal. Here you can specify your wheel size, delivery address, and add accessories or even extra kits to your order.

Is there a deadline to complete the order portal?

Yes, there is - in the order portal you provide the final information we need to finish off your 'made-to-order' Swytch kit. Therefore we need you to provide this information before the deadline so we can ship your product on schedule.

Where can I see all the options available?

There are loads of ways to customise your Swytch kit, whether it is the wheel size, the size of the Power Pack or a different colour Power Pack or wheel. All of these options are detailed in the order portal, as well as the opportunity to add extra products to your order such as our LED display to track your trip data or a throttle for an extra boost of power on the road.

Is my order on track to be delivered on time?

Yes! We endeavour to deliver all of our Swytch kits on time. If our timelines slip for any reason we'll be in touch via email to keep you up to date. Once your kit has been dispatched from our factory you will be able to follow its progress on our Order Tracker here.

Can I delay payment of the balance until later?

Once the order portal has closed, we complete your order, book the shipment and send the kit to your door. To be able to do this we need your final payment. If you would like to delay your order until the next available batch, then get in touch with our team who will be able to advise on later batch lock dates. 

What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime until 14 days after delivery, as long as the kit hasn't been fitted and is in a new condition.

Can I change my delivery date?

If you want to change to a later date then don't worry! You can select the later date in the order portal, as long it is still outside the order portal deadline for your chosen new date.

What happens if I miss the deadline?

We'll of course endeavour to fulfil your order on time, but making this change could result in a 1-2 month delay to the manufacturing of your order. Once your kit has been allocated to a container, we will have a better idea of the delivery timeline. We'll be in contact at this stage with a tracking link that you can use to follow your kit to your door.
