The Swytch kit is a pedal assist system which means a throttle is not required. All Swytch kits are compatible with the throttle if you wish to add this to your order. The throttle works by allowing you to engage the power without pedalling. The throttle can be simply fitted by sliding the throttle onto your handlebars.
The throttles can be used on the Swytch kit as an add-on and can be easily added or removed at any time. In the UK, we recommend these are used for private land use only as they are not road legal. Please check your local regulations on throttle use prior to use.
