Once you have received a notification to confirm that your order has been allocated to a container for shipping we have an order tracker. All you need to do is enter your order number beginning with SW to see regular updates on your order.
We understand that circumstances often change, that's why we also provide the option to pause or put your order on hold. For information click here.
